THS Students Attend Classic, Modern Language Festival

Photo Courtesy of THS Student Andrea Fritz Spanish II and III students from Trenton High School attended the Classic and Modern Language Festival held on Thursday, Nov. 19 on the campus of Truman State University in Kirksville. The students received the opportunity to explore the Spanish language as well as other languages, including French, Italian, Chinese, Greek, Latin, Arabic, German and Wolof. Students were able to take two classes in the language they are currently studying as well as two classes in other languages. Over 360 students from north Missouri attended the event, including 35 from Trenton. Amy Currie is the THS Spanish instructor.
