FFDD Cooking Class

Submitted Photo The Families and Friends of the Developmentally Disabled concluded their fourth quarter Cooking Class 101 on Thursday at the Wesley United Methodist Church. FFDD has sponsored 20 clients to attend the classes. Individuals and volunteers made decorated cupcakes, learning  different ways to make and color frosting and how to use decorating tools. Homemade macaroni and cheese, chilled ham and cheese and nacho cheese dip were also made in groups. Karen Glenn coordinated both classes. Volunteers from Wesley Churchwere Babe Roy, Bert Winn, Debbie Meservey and Marsha Hurst. Not pictured are volunteer Judie Leininger and FFDD Director Sam Day.
