Duck Dynasty Star In Trenton

R-T Photo/Wendell Lenhart The “Duck Dynasty” has come to Grundy County! Willie Robertson, the star of the A&E television series, arrived in Trenton by private jet on Sunday to bow hunt for whitetail deer with Kevin Harris of Honey Creek Outfitters. The Roberston family is known for its line of waterfowl equipment called Duck Commander and Harris said he called their deer hunting company called Buck Commander four years ago to see if they would be interested to come here to film a deer hunting episode. They have been here every year since to film hunting shows and this year the film crew brought Duck Dynasty star Robertson with them. Robertson left the area to return home on Wednesday, but not before causing quite a stir when he went shopping at HyVee. He was gracious and posed for pictures with several local residents while in the store, which immediately started circulating on social media. Robertson is pictured above, center, with HyVee pharmacist Tom Bacon, left, and HyVee Store Director Steve Busch, right.
