GEC Gives Tax Credits

Submitted Photo Grundy Electric Cooperative’s Board of Directors authorized the distribution of $170,199.42 in capital credits to member-owners.  The board voted to retire 25 percent of the year 1983 and 25 percent of the year 2014 to the membership. The capital credit refund checks will be presented to member-owners during the Cooperative’s Open House celebration of “Cooperative Month” scheduled for Oct. 26 in Bethany, Oct. 27 in Princeton and Oct. 28 in Trenton. The remaining checks will be mailed to those members who are unable to attend the event.
