Two New Members Of Trenton City Council

Two persons will be joining the Trenton City Council next week after winning races in Tuesday’s election.
Meanwhile, the city and county will be able to continue collecting the local use tax while the proposed five-cent hike in the nursing home district tax was defeated by just 60 votes.
Larry Porter and Jennifer Hottes Urich won contested races for a seat on the city council. Porter defeated Matt Walker, 106-102,
