The scholarship is a part of the NCMC Foundation’s new Gifts in Action Scholarship Campaign, which encourages the formation of new endowed scholarships. “The Steeles set up this scholarship as a result of their love of agriculture and their high respect for the NCMC Agriculture and Natural Resources program under the direction of the Department Chairman David Nowland and Barton Farm Campus Manager Rustin Jumps,” said Development Director Teresa Cross. “Their generosity will benefit NCMC students for many years to come.”
