Huffstutter Returning To Trenton; Joining WMH Physicians’ Group
Family Nurse Practitioner Aaron Huffstutter, FNP-C, is returning to Trenton and will be a part of the Wright Memorial Hospital medical team.
Huffstutter will work at Wright Memorial Physicians’ Group in Trenton. He will start seeing patients in late October.
Prior to joining Wright Memorial, Huffstutter worked at Cox South Hospital in Springfield, Green Hills Medical Clinic in Trenton and, most recently, Northwest Medical Center in Albany.
“Wright Memorial Hospital is a great facility, and I’m pleased to be joining the Saint Luke’s family,” said Huffstutter. “Being from Trenton, I’m familiar with much of the staff, as well as the other providers. I’m happy to be working in my hometown community once again.”
Huffstutter earned an associate of science degree in nursing from Cox College of Nursing and Health Services, his bachelor of science in nursing degree from Southwest Baptist University, and his master of science in nursing degree, along with family nurse practitioner training, from the University of Missouri in 2003. Huffstutter is certified by the Missouri State Board of Nursing.
“We’re always looking to add quality providers and Aaron fits that mold,” said Gary Jordan, CEO, Wright Memorial Hospital. “We’ve seen his dedication to his patients and the community in the past, and we know he’ll hit the ground running.”
Huffstutter lives on a farm near Laredo. He has one son, Andrew.
