Former Resident Held In Mercer County Shooting

Gene Pattie, a former Trenton resident who had been living in Marshall, has been charged with several felony counts following a shooting in Mercer County on Friday night in which a well-known former educator and coach was seriously injured and his wife assaulted.

Pattie, 64, has been charged with first degree attempted murder, first degree felony assault and armed criminal action in connection with an incident in which he was alleged
