Cash Bond Set For Local Woman

Cash bond was set for a woman who was arrested by the Trenton Police Department on a charge of passing bad checks.

According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Ashley Baker, a 26-year-old Trenton woman, has been charged with felony passing bad checks, accused of writing a $585 check to Quick Cash on a non-existent account at U.S. Bank. Bond was set at $1,200 cash-only and she remains in custody.
