Spickard Council Holds Monthly Meeting

The Spickard City Council met Tuesday evening, passing a plan to charge for water used during the fighting of some fires.

According to City Clerk April Meighen, the council agreed to begin charging for the cost of water used to fight fires that are started due to negligence. The council also hired Tara Walker as the city attorney and agreed that Quality General Construction will provide a meter for water
