Bryan J. Lee, 19, Weatherby, and Kylie D. Douglas, 20, Brookfield, both had charges of not maintaining financial responsibility dismissed.
Sasha R. Thomas, 33, 915 Laclede St., pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $22.50 and $58.50 costs.
Samuel S. Hall, Sr., Pilot Grove, had a charge of passing bad checks dismissed.
Saint Luke’s Hospital of Trenton vs. Kellie and Kody Adams. The case, which involved a suit on account, was dismissed.
Archview Financial LLC vs. Wayne Wilson. The court entered a default judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $2,306.18. The case involved breach of contract.
FIA Card Services NA vs. Billy C. Pendleton, Jr. The court entered a default judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $2,084.96. The case involved a suit on account.
RAB Performance Recoveries LLC vs. Dionis Peterie. The court entered a judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $2,907.50. The case involved breach of contract.
Equable Ascent Financial LLC vs. Bobby Morgan. The case, which involved breach of contract, was dismissed.
