Gilman Off To Good Start In HDC Tourney

The Gilman City High School basketball teams picked up victories on Saturday in the opening round of the HDC Conference Tournament. The Lady Hawks and Hawks, both seeded fifth, pulled off minor upsets, toppling the brackets’ number-four seeds. The Lady Hawks defeated Cainsville, 42-37 and the Hawks beat Ridgeway 61-56.
