Gallatin Grain Company Owner Pleads Guilty

The owner of a Gallatin grain company has pleaded guilty in federal court to a scheme that stole over $3 million from 100 northwest Missouri farmers.

Daniel F. Froman, 66, of Gallatin, pleaded guilty on Tuesday before U.S. District Judge Gary A. Fenner to the mail fraud charge contained in an April 21 federal indictment.
Froman operated Gallatin Grain Company, which stored and bought grain from farmers in northwest Missouri.
