Princeton Shuts Out Marceline, Wins District

The Princeton Tigers put the finishing touches on a district championship on Friday night as they dominated the last regular-season game of the year. The Tigers avenged last year’s loss to Marceline, shutting out the visitors 26-0 at Eddie Allen Field in Princeton.

Princeton scored four times on four Vance Purdun runs, while the Tigers’ defense flexed its muscles, stopping Marceline at every turn.
