GRM Gets Broadband Funding

Grand River Mutual has been awarded over $21.3 million in federal grants to provide broadband service to seven north Missouri communities it serves.

The USDA has announced the money will go to increase broadband access in the communities of Browning, Purdin, Linneus, Meadville, Denver, Gentry and New Hampton. The project will benefit 1,110 businesses and 28 other community institutions, serving 4,300 persons.
The grant comes from funds provided through the American Recovery and Reinvestment
