Spickard, Princeton Councils Hold Meetings

The Spickard and Princeton city councils met Tuesday evening, approving a budget, accepting a resignation and appointing a city treasurer.

The Spickard City Council approved its budget and accepted the resignation of the city clerk during its meeting.
City Clerk Tiffany Crawford said the board approved its 2008-2009 budget, which shows deficit spending in the General Fund/Road Fund. As of April 1, that fund showed a balance of $31,748.40.
