R-9 Board OKs Bids For Track, Energy Work

Tuesday was a busy night for the Trenton R-9 Board of Education, which approved bids for a new track and building energy conservation measures as well as gave non-certified staff a raise and taking action on several personnel matters.

If weather permits, work on a new six-lane all-weather track at C.F. Russell Stadium could begin in mid-May, with plans to have the work completed by the start of the football
