United Way Begins Business Phase Of Fundraising

The business portion of the Grundy County United Way Fund Drive has begun according to Chairman Chad Boyd.

The goal for this year’s drive, which began last October, is $23,500 and volunteers will soon be contacting area businesses for donations. Donations benefit the following organizations which help county residents: 4-H; Women’s Abuse Shelter; Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts; Little League Football; Kids Wrestling; Retired Senior Volunteer Program; Senior Center; Children’s
