Princeton Football Season Ends In Semifinals

The Princeton Tigers’ season came to an end Saturday night in Excelsior Springs. The Tigers suffered a 44-24 loss to Orrick in the Class 1 Missouri State High School Activities Association football playoff semifinals.

Orrick, undefeated and ranked first in the Class 1 Associated Press poll, used its high-powered running game to take the win. Orrick ran the ball on the Tigers defense 48 times for 357 yards.
