Bill Would Address No Child Left Behind Concerns

A bill co-sponsored by Congressman Sam Graves is aimed at taking care of concerns about President Bush’s “No Child Left Behind” legislation, particularly those areas which have been a problem in rural schools across the U.S., including Missouri.
