Princeton Council OKs Property Sale

The Princeton City Council agreed to sell city-owned property and approved a building permit for new restrooms during a meeting on Wednesday night.

City Clerk Keri Stamper said the council voted to accept the bid from Renner’s Construction Management to purchase property the city owns on the square. The bid was for $500 and the new owner will also be required to repair and make improvements on the property.
