Lexington Man In County Jail

A Lexington man is being held in the Grundy County Jail after failing to appear in court.

According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department, 40-year-old James Lee Miller, Jr., is being held on $10,000 bond after failing to appear in court on three counts of non-support. He was scheduled to appear in court today.
