Local History Inspired Writer of Sesquicentennial Play

When you’re watching a play, caught up in plot lines and quirky characters, it’s easy to forget that those themes and characters sprang from someone’s creative mind. The Trenton Acting Guild production of “Maude and Essie at the Rock Island Station” is an example of a local creative mind working overtime to bring a mix of entertainment and history to the city’s sesquicentennial celebration.
