Sale Was Successful

Courthouse art sales over the weekend raised over $700 for the upcoming Trenton sesquicentennial celebration.

The Slate and Tile Committee’s sale proceeds came largely from the smaller pieces of hand painted roof slates, but also included engraved and plain courthouse floor tiles as well as a closeout on broken remnants of marble. Rock Island caboose paintings were quickly sold out.
