Senior Citizens Tax On November Ballot

With more than 28 percent of Grundy County residents being over age 60, providing services to that population has become more challenging – and more expensive. That’s why several organizations have joined forces to seek the passage of a five-cent property tax that will provide funding for area non-profit agencies that serve older residents.
